Easily one of my top five venues in the city. It’s got all the old-world charm you could want — rich wood-paneled walls, moody lighting, and beautifully detailed spaces at every turn. It’s cozy and grand all at once, and it photographs like a dream. The rooftop is a perfect private location for an intimate first look in the heart of the city, and there’s no shortage of iconic backdrops indoors for portraits and celebrations.

The Permanent
This downtown Vancouver wedding venue is a total scene-stealer. Stained glass skylight? Check. Vault doors? Yep. Sky-high ceilings? You bet. It’s vintage, bold, and a little bit glam — a perfect blend of historic charm and modern edge. I’m a major lover of anything historic, so this building has my heart.

Cecil Green Park House
Tucked away at UBC, this heritage mansion has ocean views, gorgeous gardens, and a library that makes for one of my favourite getting ready spaces. The glass-roofed terrace is great for open-air receptions, and the lawn is perfect for a romantic ceremony with the house in the background. It’s peaceful, elegant, and wildly photogenic. Hycroft Manor
An Edwardian mansion in Shaughnessy that’s endlessly romantic. The terrace ceremony setup is iconic, and the gardens are lush and private. Inside, you’ll find one-of-a-kind portrait locations like the tiled green solarium and the upstairs bedrooms that feel like a film set.

Rosewood Hotel Georgia
A vintage gem right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. With permission, you can shoot portraits in the dramatic lobby — it’s honestly one of my favourite indoor portrait spots in the city. The staircase brings major drama and the ballroom is dripping in old-school glamour.
