1. You Reach Out!
You fill out my inquiry form or send me an email, and I do a little happy dance! 🎉 Tell me all the fun details—your wedding date, venue, and what makes you excited about your photos.
2. Let’s Chat!
I’ll reply with my pricing guide and a warm hello! If you’d like, we can set up a quick Zoom or phone call to get to know each other and see if we’re a perfect match. No pressure—just good vibes and wedding talk!
3. Lock It In!
Once you’re ready to make it official, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for the retainer. A signed contract + retainer = your date is booked! Then we celebrate—because YOU DID IT! 🎉
4. Planning & Prep!
Once you’re booked, we dive into the fun stuff! You’ll get my Session Prep Guide, packed with tips to help you feel comfortable and prepared for your engagement session. I can’t wait to explore, create, and capture some incredible memories with you!
A month before your wedding, I’ll send over your wedding questionnaire—this is where I gather all the details I need to make sure your big day is captured seamlessly. From timelines to must-have shots, this helps us get everything organized so you can relax and enjoy the day!
We’ll stay in touch throughout the process for any questions, vendor recs, or extra guidance. And if you ever need me for anything during planning, I’m just a message away!
5. The Big Day Arrives!
I show up, cameras ready, to capture all the magic—big moments, small moments, and everything in between. You just focus on having the best day ever, and I’ll make sure it’s beautifully documented.
6. Sneak Peeks & Delivery!
Within a week, you’ll get sneak peeks to swoon over. They’re fully downloadable so you can start sharing them right away—whether it’s for social media, thank you cards, or just to relive the moment on repeat. Then, in 12 weeks, your full gallery is ready for you to relive every beautiful moment. I can’t wait for you to fall in love with your wedding day all over again through your photos!
7. Print, Share & Love Your Photos Forever!
