Frequently Asked Questions

Can we make prints with the files included in our package?

Absolutely! All the photos you receive are high resolution and ready to print. I'm also happy to provide a list of consumer labs I recommend.

We don’t need an engagement session. Can we take that out of the package?

The complimentary engagement session is my gift to you and the decision to use it is yours! I include it so we can get to know each other with a camera in the mix. In my experience this results in much more relaxed wedding photos come the big day.

Can we add or remove hours from your set packages?

I’m very flexible with my packages, so feel free to let me know what you’d like for your coverage and I’ll put a custom quote together for you!

Do we have to order albums now or can we order them later?

You can order albums any time. I guarantee my album prices up to a year after you sign so you have the peace of mind that the price won’t change overnight.

We have a break in between our ceremony and reception. Can we break up our hours?

Unfortunately, hours on the wedding day will be counted consecutively. If I’m booked for 8 hours, it means I’ll be on the clock for 8 hours once I start. If you need additional hours you can add them to your package for $550/hr.

What if our reception runs later than we expected? Can you stay until the very end to capture our exit?

Absolutely! I always bring extra cards and batteries to shoot much longer than I was expecting... you just never know! If I’m required to stay longer than 30 mins over my expected end time there will be a charge for an additional hour of work. I always discuss this with my clients before it happens, so not to worry on unexpected charges!

We definitely want to book you - what’s the next step?

Excellent! I couldn’t be more excited to work with you! To officially book me you’ll need to sign my contract and pay a non-refundable retainer fee of 1/3 the total. As soon as those two things are completed, we’re officially booked! Yay!

How are the payment broken up?

Your second payment will be due two months before your wedding date and your final payment will be due two weeks before the wedding date. A reminder will be sent out via email to help you keep track. If your final payment is overdue a late payment fee will be charged, so mark your calendars!

How do you accept payment?

Payment can be made via e-transfer or credit card.
